Individual mentoring
You can talk to our workers online or face to face. The mentoring meetings are free of charge. Contact our workers and book an appointment.
Chat
Our chat will open on Tuesday 7th January 2025. Our free chat is open on Tuesdays between 1 and 3 pm and Thursdays between 3 and 5 pm. You can contact us anonymously and all conversations are confidential.
Peer support groups
Our peer support groups will begin soon. We will publish information about the groups schedules and the registration on our website.
Dating violence
Dating violence is either emotional, physical, sexual, or digital abuse in the relationships of young people aged 13 to 29.
- Emotional violence includes for example name-calling, controlling behavior or jealousy.
- Physical violence involves abuse, such as pushing, hitting or kicking.
- Sexual violence means pressuring or forcing someone to either kiss, fondle or have sex against their will.
- Digital violence consists of extensive messaging, tracking, humiliating posts on social media and publishing intimate images during or after the relationship.
Violence is always painful and damaging and it can be difficult to recognise or talk about it. However, silence and hiding can be almost as hurtful as abuse itself. If you have constant arguments or your relationship is violent, contact us. We can talk about your situation together.
